Their rooms are private and family-friendly, with cozy décor that hides intimidating medical technology. Every room features a private bathroom with a shower, a glider rocking chair, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Some of their rooms feature a double bed to accommodate overnight stays with your partner, and every room is equipped so your new baby can stay in your room with you.
Nearby, the Family Room is a great place for visitors to gather if you need privacy in your room. With reading materials, toys, and a TV, it’s a comfortable place for them to relax. Throughout your labor, you can have up to two support people in the room with you. Then, once you’ve moved to your postpartum room, all visitors are welcome until quiet hours begin at 8 PM.
Regarding your labor and delivery, the team at Griffin Hospital will do their best to accommodate your birth goals and wishes. Their priority, of course, is a healthy and happy baby and mama. They have plenty of tools to help you through labor, including birthing and peanut balls, jacuzzi tubs, and various medications like nitrous oxide and epidurals.
