If you’ve been looking for something new to do with your child, I would love to tell you why you need to sign up for the Fairfield Library storytime. The Fairfield Public Library offers two locations where you can stock up on books, do some research, and participate in great events like storytime. The centers truly offer a little bit of everything. There are exclusive databases that let you dive into genealogy or Consumer Reports. You can use their libraries to find new music or watch a favorite movie. Their classes will help you find a job or expand your knowledge of tech. There’s also a teen section that will let your high schoolers indulge in their interests.

The children’s branch at the Fairfield Library provides kids with a cheerful place where they can find their new favorite books and enjoy storytime. The main library is decorated to look like a miniature city. Your child can duck into small town halls or read on the benches beneath manufactured trees. There are storytimes available for all ages. The Terrific Twos program lets your child sing songs and perform movements between fun stories. Baby Rhymes gives you the chance to cuddle with your baby and lead them through rhymes. Paws to Read brings in trained therapy dogs that will listen to stories read by elementary school kids. There are additional drop-in storytimes for preschool-aged children. Registration is necessary for most programs, and you can sign up on their website.

Still looking for more activities for your child like the Fairfield Library Storytime? Then check out their special events. Your child can groove at the dance parties or celebrate their favorite cattle dog at the Bluey parties. There are DIY programs that will lead your child through crafts such as embroidery or painting. There are also karaoke nights that let your child release their inner popstar.

With the Fairfield Library storytime, you’ll have the perfect family activity any day of the week. Check it out today so you can help your child fall in love with reading!
