About Tiny Miracles
Tiny Miracles was started by Monica Davis in 2021. While Monica worked with young families, she had never heard of Newborn Care Specialists or doulas. The second she heard about this role, she instantly knew it was what she was meant to do. She started to work with families all across Connecticut, but she simply could not meet the great demand. That’s when she decided to start an agency of doulas so every parent across the state could have the care they needed. All the doulas within Tiny Miracle are equally as passionate about empowering new families as Monica. On top of this drive, they all have received CPR and First Aid training, are insured, and have all the required certifications. Their gentle guidance and rich experience will give your family all the help you need.
Services
Some families choose to start out with Tiny Miracles before their babies are even born. The agency offers prenatal doulas who will schedule two appointments with you prior to your baby’s birth. You’ll discuss your birth plan, and they’ll make sure you have the tools you need to see it through. Your doula will be with you throughout your birth, and you’ll have one postpartum visit.
If you choose, you can have a postpartum doula who will help you handle those first few months of parenthood. Their postpartum doulas can come over for at least 4 hours and assist you with tasks such as errands and housework. They can also provide lactation advice, listen to your frustrations, and provide you with advice that will help you handle these exhausting weeks.

If you could really use some rest, Tiny Miracles has you covered. The agency offers overnight doulas who will handle the wakeups so you can get some sweet, sweet slumber. You can choose to have your baby brought to you for any feedings, but they can also bottle feed if you’d prefer. Their goal is to work with your baby to establish healthy sleep habits that will last long after the end of their services.
